Mrs. Yobana Romero

Mrs. Yobana Romero began working at OLC in 2018 and has worked with Kindergarten ever since. Her degree is in Spanish and in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Romero absolutely loves teaching and working with children and especially loves the academically and emotionally independency they start to have as they transition from first grade. She is currently enrolled in graduate school at NJCU. Mrs.Romero works to create a classroom community centered around kindness, independence, respect, responsibility, hard work, and fun! She is thrilled to be in second grade this year and is super excited to teach your children this year!

Mrs. Romero and her husband live in North Bergen and they have one child, a 1 year old. She loves shopping and enjoys long walks, trying out new restaurants and traveling.
