Mrs. Marciani holds an undergraduate degree in Child Development with an emphasis in Child Life and is seeking her graduate degree in Early Childhood Education from NJCU. She has over seventeen years of experience teaching children from preschool through fourth grade. Mrs. Marciani has worked for the Diocese for the past five years, teaching kindergarten at our school during that time.
Mrs. Marciani is the mother of two children, who both have attended the OLC school since early childhood. She loves teaching in a Catholic school because it helps aid in the formation of students spiritually and academically. Mrs. Marciani has a strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice and uses it daily to meet her student’s needs within the classroom. She is excellent at teaching classroom management using the Responsive Classroom approach and therefore has a classroom community where students feel welcome and safe. Mrs. Marciani has a high appreciation for the OLC community of staff, students, and families who get to grow together in our Catholic faith each year.
